About saddle flocking
There comes a time in every saddles life when it will need adjusting or totally re-flocking.
Here at Richardson’s saddlery we will not even contemplate flocking a saddle without first seeing it on the horse & being ridden in.
How can you possibly flock a saddle when you haven’t seen the horse or the rider???
Horses & riders come in all shapes & sizes, the horse could be higher behind than he is in front, have one bigger shoulder
May move stiffly on one rein?
The rider may be petite or well built, they may also sit to one side more than the other, there are many, many more scenarios that can alter how you flock a certain saddle !!
